AAMOZA is produced in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, on our own line. We do not buy in finished tobacco and relabel it — which is why recipe, cut, moisture and pack size are ours to control on every order.
Four things owning the line changes.
The recipe
Flavour profiles are developed in house. For private-label partners that means a profile can be built to order instead of picked from a catalogue.
The cut
The leaf cut stays the same batch to batch. A consistent cut is what makes a bowl pack and burn the same way every time.
The moisture
Too dry and it burns, too wet and it will not draw. Moisture is set on our own line, not inherited from a supplier.
The pack size
From 50 g to 20 kg out of the same production, so a customer can move between sizes without changing product.
The same product, delivery after delivery.
For a shisha bar, a tobacco that behaves differently each delivery is a problem: the staff have to relearn the setup and guests notice. Keeping the product identical between batches is the single thing trade customers ask us about most, and it is the main reason we manufacture rather than trade.
