Washed tobacco leaf is the base of every flavour. The cut is kept identical between batches, because an uneven cut makes one bowl burn while the next barely draws.

Produced on our own line in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. We do not buy in finished tobacco and relabel it.
What owning the line changes.
Because we make the tobacco ourselves, recipe, cut, moisture and pack size are ours to control on every order.
- The recipe
- Flavour profiles are developed in house. For a private label partner, a profile can be built to order instead of picked from a catalogue.
- The cut
- The leaf cut stays the same from batch to batch. A consistent cut is what makes a bowl pack and burn the same way every time.
- The moisture
- Set on our own line, not inherited from a supplier.
- The pack size
- From 50 g to 20 kg out of the same production, so a customer can move between sizes without changing product.
The same product, delivery after delivery.
For a shisha bar, a tobacco that behaves differently with each delivery is a problem. The staff have to relearn the setup, and the guests notice.
Keeping the product identical between batches is what trade customers ask us about most. It is the main reason we manufacture rather than trade.

Four things that decide how a bowl behaves.
Every flavour starts from washed tobacco leaf, honey, glycerin and a flavour developed in house.
The syrup
Honey and glycerin carry the flavour and hold the moisture. The ratio decides how long a bowl lasts before the taste drops off.
The flavour
Developed in house rather than bought as a ready mix. Colombia, Marbella and Layde Killr are house blends you can only get from AAMOZA.
The moisture
Set at the end of production and checked before packing. Too dry and it scorches, too wet and it will not draw.
