Do you deliver to lounges anywhere in the UAE?
We supply licensed venues in every emirate where shisha lounges are permitted — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Sharjah has banned shisha in cafés and restaurants since 2008, so there are no lounges to supply there. Send your location on WhatsApp and we confirm the delivery details for your area.
Which rules apply to shisha lounges in the UAE?
Federal Law No. 15 of 2009 on tobacco control, plus the municipal rules of each emirate: a licence for the venue, sale and service to adults only, and — unless specially licensed — a distance of at least 150 m from residential areas, schools and mosques. We supply licensed venues only; if your licence is still in progress, tell us and we plan the first delivery around it.
What is the minimum order for a bar?
There is no fixed figure on this page. The minimum depends on your sizes and your volume, so we agree it per venue and put it in writing with the quote.
Which sizes make sense for a lounge?
Venues get two sizes: 250 g and 1 kg. Most lounges run their top sellers in the 1 kg tub and keep the 250 g tub for flavours they list but sell slowly. In Germany, the lounge size in the shop is the 1 kg tub.
Can we get samples before we switch supplier?
Yes. Samples of the flavours you want to list come before your first order, so you taste them in your own bowls with your own coal before you commit.
How fast is delivery in the UAE?
That depends on your emirate and on stock. You get a delivery date together with the quote, and re-orders run on the same terms.
Is the quality really the same in both countries?
Yes. AAMOZA is produced in our own facilities, and every batch follows the recipe on file. The standard does not change with the destination — a lounge in Dubai and a bar in Hamburg get the same tobacco quality.

Can a lounge get tobacco under its own brand?
Yes. Lounge groups and bar chains use private label for a house tobacco under their own name — a flavour from our range or a recipe developed for them.

In Germany, aamoza.de carries coconut charcoal, bowls, hoses and accessories, so a bar can order everything in one go. In the UAE, ask on WhatsApp — we tell you what we can supply alongside the tobacco.
